Established in 2001 under the direction
of William R. Robbins, Historical Research Services Inc. provides consulting,
curatorial management and research services for museum, private and corporate artifact collections.
With two degrees in History and one other in Library and Information Science,
Mr. Robbins brings to Historical Research Services Inc. over twenty-five years
o f museum, collection management and research experience.
Mr. Robbins commenced his career as a museum professional in 1979 as the
Director/Curator at the Brant County Museum in Brantford, Ontario. He became
Director of the Northern Life Museum and National Exhibition Centre at Fort
Smith, Northwest Territories in 1982. In 1989, he became the Curator of Collections at the
Remington-Alberta Carriage Centre in Cardston, Alberta.
